Espresso Feature
Excited to put Armadillo Roaster’s Agave Sunrise on the 2nd hopper for a limited run.
Mary and Andy, the couple behind Armadillo Coffee Roasters is run by couple, Mary and Andy, and is a women-owned, family-run roastery that believes great coffee should stay close to home. After years in the fast-moving tech world, they decided to trade code and deadlines for roasting drums and community. They are a small-batch roastery based in the Wells Branch neighborhood of Austin, Texas. What started as a curious weekend experiment roasting beans in the kitchen and sharing them with friends soon grew into something much bigger.
Every first Saturday of the month we like to feature a unique (likely smaller) roaster in town so we can try out all the cool roasts out there together!

Classy Boys Pint Night
Join us for Classy Boys Pint Night with Zilker Brewing Co. and Vacancy Brewing at Switchback Coffee + Beer!
The brewers swapped recipes and each put their own spin on the other's flagship lager, creating two distinct takes on Classy Boys. And here's the best part: we're the only bar in town pouring both versions side-by-side.
Specials:
• $5 pints of either Classy Boys
• $6 side-by-side half pours featuring both beers
Whether you're Team Zilker, Team Vacancy, or just here for "research," this is your chance to compare both brews and decide which twist on Classy Boys is your favorite.
Grab your friends, raise a pint, and drink classy.
Acoustic Set with Bre & Andrew
Join us July 15 for a special Acoustic Night with Bre & Andrew beginning at 5:30 PM. These talented local musicians (and our neighbors!) will be filling Switchback with live acoustic music while you unwind with a glass of wine or your favorite craft beer.
Bonus: it will be on Wind Down Wednesday, meaning discounted wine all evening.
And if you're looking for the perfect date night, our neighbors at Crux Climbing Center are offering discounted Date Night passes—climb together, then walk next door for live music, wine, and a cozy evening at Switchback.
Whether you're coming straight from the climbing gym or just looking for the best way to spend a Wednesday night, we'd love to see you.
