Excited to put Armadillo Roaster’s Agave Sunrise on the 2nd hopper for a limited run.

Mary and Andy, the couple behind Armadillo Coffee Roasters is run by couple, Mary and Andy, and is a women-owned, family-run roastery that believes great coffee should stay close to home. After years in the fast-moving tech world, they decided to trade code and deadlines for roasting drums and community. They are a small-batch roastery based in the Wells Branch neighborhood of Austin, Texas. What started as a curious weekend experiment roasting beans in the kitchen and sharing them with friends soon grew into something much bigger.

Every first Saturday of the month we like to feature a unique (likely smaller) roaster in town so we can try out all the cool roasts out there together!
