Waymark Coffee is on 7/4! They are a single-origin specialty roaster based in Austin, TX. They roast in small batched with every variable dialed in. Andrew started Waymark out of a habit of optimizing his morning cup. For him, roasting is where science meets craft, and he uses both to bring out the best version of every coffee.
